  • general waste - everyday business rubbish and mixed waste

  • recycling - paper, cardboard, cans, and bottles

  • green waste – garden clippings and organic materials (where applicable).

We can't accept:

  • hazardous materials

  • chemicals (including paint and solvents)

  • building rubble

  • batteries

  • printer cartridges

  • household appliances

  • liquids

Our team ensures all collected materials are sorted, recycled, or responsibly disposed of through licensed facilities.

We do not provide bin cleaning services.

  • If you’re in one of our established service areas, we’ll confirm your regular weekly or fortnightly collection day as soon as you book. For new locations, we’ll contact you with the first available pickup date and updates as your area comes online.

  • All waste is taken to licensed local facilities. General waste is processed responsibly, recyclables are sorted and recycled wherever possible, and green waste is composted. We follow strict environmental guidelines to minimise landfill.

  • Yes - you can book one-off, on-demand pickups - contact us to confirm availability. This is ideal after parties, spring cleans, or if your regular bin fills up faster than usual.

  • Our team handles many narrow, curved, and high-density streets. If access is limited, we’ll advise on the best kerbside position or alternative pickup point during your booking. In almost all cases, we can still service your property.
