Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

We provide domestic, rural, business, and event waste collection services across Perth & surrounding suburbs, including general waste, recycling, and green waste. Services include 240L and 660L wheelie bin collections with flexible weekly, fortnightly, and on-demand schedules.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

Bookings may be made via website, email, or phone. Collection days vary by suburb. Public holiday collections may not be available and will be communicated with notice

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe and clear access. Bins are to be accessible by 6:00am on the allocated day of collection with no obstacles within 1 metre of the Bin. Appropriate waste types, and correct use of bins with prohibited items including hazardous waste, liquids, asbestos, chemicals (including solvents & paint), batteries, printing cartridges, household appliances and construction materials. Customers have full responsibility for security & damages of the bin/s that they are provided by Wheelie Bin Collections.

4. Fees & Payments

Pricing varies by bin size, frequency, and location. Standard 240L services start from $19 per pickup. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension and/or late fees. Residential customers will be invoiced monthly and paid in advance, with additional collections invoiced the following month. Business customers will be invoiced monthly in arrears, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

5. Missed Collections & Re-Visits

If we miss a collection due to our error, a re-visit will be arranged at no charge as soon as practical. If bins are inaccessible, failed to be placed in collection area or contaminated, re-visit fees may apply.

6. Service Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request changes or cancel ongoing services with 7 days’ written notice. We may suspend or cancel service for unsafe access, repeated contamination, or unpaid invoices.

7. Liability & Indemnity

We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or unsafe access conditions. Customers indemnify us for issues caused by prohibited waste or misuse of bins.

8. Bin Weight Limits

Overweight bins may not be emptied. Additional fees will apply.

9. Photographic Evidence

Photos may be taken for service verification, safety, and contamination assessments, stored according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Event & One-Off Collections

Event services may include additional terms for extra bins, increased pickups, or contamination fees. Quotes valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

11. Privacy

Information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays due to events beyond our control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Western Australian law.
